Gather with us
Women’s Circle
There is something deeply powerful and healing about women gathering together.

Across many cultures and generations, women have created spaces to come together, rest, share, nourish one another and listen to what is happening within. The Red Tent carries a beautiful image of this kind of gathering — a space where women could step away from the demands of the outside world and simply be.
Today, many of us are used to carrying so much. We hold our work, our relationships, our families and the people around us — and often only at the very end of the list do we stop to ask:
What do I need?
What am I longing for?
Once a month, around the New Moon, I invite women to gather for two nourishing hours of movement, breath, reflection, sharing and connection.
Together we practise the art of receiving. We slow down. We make space for softness, compassion and rest. We bring our individual inner practice into the circle, allowing our intentions and prayers to be witnessed, supported and strengthened by the women around us.
A space to put down what you have been carrying, even for a little while — and remember that you don’t have to hold it all alone.

This week — New Moon gathering
New Moon ElulWomen’s Circle
The upcoming New Moon is one of the most meaningful times of the year, and I can’t wait to share the special workshop I’ve created to honour this moment and the season we’re entering. ✨
I’m inviting you to a small and intimate women’s circle — a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and spend some intentional time in the company of good women.
We’ll meet through the body, breath, fluid movement, restorative postures, journalling, intention-setting and integration — creating space to release, listen, soften and reconnect with what truly matters.
A space for cleansing, release, renewal and new beginnings. 🤍
