Practice with us

Boutique Yoga Classes

The practices at INNER HOME are holistic, intimate and centred around the person who is practising.

My teaching is a fusion of mobility and flow, challenging precision and strength, together with deep listening and awareness — all rooted in love and in the desire to care for ourselves and the body we have been given.

Each practice is approximately two hours long, allowing the journey to unfold at a soft and unhurried pace. We prepare the joints, awaken the body, settle and focus the mind, raise the heart rate and release stress from the system. From there, we gradually deepen into the postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation — allowing the practice to move at the pace of the body rather than against it.

At the heart of the practice is the creation of space — between breath and breath, thought and thought, movement and movement. A space where we can listen more closely, become more present, and allow something deeper within us to reveal itself.

Through the body, breath and mind, the practice becomes a doorway into the less tangible layers of Yoga — and into the parts of ourselves that cannot always be explained in words, but can be felt, experienced and known.

Beyond the mat

A living laboratory

This is where the practice can begin to move beyond the mat and become a living laboratory for bringing spiritual principles into everyday life. A way to explore how we meet discomfort, how we listen, how we respond, how we let go, and how we create more space for ourselves and for life.

I believe yoga is for everyone.

You do not need to be a certain age, flexible, strong or experienced to begin. The practice meets you where you are, and through consistency, patience and awareness, something begins to shift.

Brunswick Heads

A warm, supportive space

The classes take place in a warm and supportive space in Brunswick Heads, in intimate groups of up to five people.

The small group setting allows for personal attention, thoughtful guidance and a practice that can truly be adapted to the person in front of me.

Like a gentle drop of water that, through patience and consistency, slowly shapes a stone, the practice softens, clears and transforms us over time — often before we even realise it.

“Practice becomes firmly rooted when it is cultivated for a long time, without interruption, and with devotion.”
